Dispute Resolution

1. Pre-litigation Dispute Resolution:

• Provide comprehensive assessments of the issue.
• Consult on effective, quick, and practical dispute resolution solutions.
• Propose negotiation plans based on the positions of both parties to ensure the client’s interests.
• Participate in or represent clients in negotiations with third parties.
• Consult and assist clients in drafting necessary documents for dispute resolution.

2. Dispute Resolution through Court or Arbitration Procedures:

• ­Draft and execute filing procedures for court or international arbitration.
• Represent clients in court or arbitration proceedings as requested or authorized.
• Represent clients in dealings with authorities, organizations with the authority to resolve disputes.
• Consult and assist clients in recognizing and enforcing foreign arbitral awards in Vietnam.
• Assist clients in the appellate process, including appeal preparation and filing.
